Commissioning a Work of Art

Commissioning Process

There are 2 ways to commission me.

  • Easiest and preferred Method: Artistree (explanation / process provided at link), please use the right column as a guide when providing your details about your request.

  • If Artistree is unavailable: This website (explanation and process provided below)

Website Process:

  • In order to commission a work, please feel free to reach out to me via email, or through my form at the bottom of this page. Please provide the needed information noted under “Information to request a commission” (to the right on a web browser, below on mobile).

  • I will contact you back with any questions needed to clarify your request, or if everything is there she will give you a quote for the price (including any needed shipping).

  • If you approve the quote, please sign the document and send it back to me. I will countersign and send you a fully executed contract back.

  • At that point based on what you requested, I will begin working on your project and provide you updates along the way based on the schedule laid out and approved.

If there is ever a problem with the commission or payment of any kind, please reach out to me as soon as the issue is brought to your attention. The quicker you advise me of the problem, the better and easier we can come to an appropriate resolution.

Please note: Based on your answers to the request details, I may have some clarifying questions or I may be able to immediately quote you a price.

Make sure that the email you provide for communication is one you monitor regularly and keep an eye out for a response from me - usually within 1 business day.
